Weekly Home Watch Checks
INTERIOR
- AC checked for proper setting and operation
- Doors and windows checked to ensure they are secured
- Doors and windows checked for signs of forced entry, damage, or vandalism
- Check for signs of water leaks from exterior sources (water heater, plumbing, roof, etc.)
- Check refrigerator for proper operation, or mildew accumulation if turned off
- Electric service panel inspected for tripped breakers and reset if necessary
- All faucets turned on and run water through sinks, tubs, and showers
- Toilets flushed to prevent gasket drying
- Visually check for pests, insects, or rodents
- Check water heater
- Check all lights
EXTERIOR
- Check for lawn damage
- Check all lights
- Check for drainage issues
- Check pool/spa for water level and discoloration
- Check pool cage/screens for damage
- Remove any unwanted fliers or newspapers
- Check for storm damage
- Check for broken windows or doors
- Check AC for signs for functionality or damage
- Note roof condition
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- Stock refrigerator and/or freezer as requested- $35 per hour, plus cost of groceries
- Water and feed interior and exterior plants per instructions- Call for price
- Trickle charge and check tires on vehicle- $15.00 per month with monthly services
- Driving insured vehicle- $25 per hour (one hour minimum)
- Key service for outside contractors (local contractors, repairmen, cleaning services, etc)- $10.00 per week for lock box fee
- Monitor that service providers work is done properly- $35.00 per hour
- Serve as security company point of contact- $50.00 (M-F 8-5), $75.00
- Cleaning Services- Call for pricing ($100.00 minimum)
- Handyman Services- Call for pricing
- Supervise or check on new construction- $35.00 per hour, with digital photos sent to you
